The Decision Behind the Partnership

Joining The Growth Collective was a deliberate next step rooted in execution.

Following the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business Program, it became clear that many alumni leave with strong strategies and action plans, but need continued structure, accountability and community to bring them to life.

The Growth Collective was created to serve as that execution bridge. Five graduates from the most recent cohort are part of this collective, working together to translate insight into momentum through shared visibility and aligned growth.

This partnership reflects a belief we hold deeply: sustainable growth doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens when strategy, storytelling and community move forward together.

We’ve seen firsthand how community-powered storytelling accelerates results. When narratives are clear and amplified through aligned platforms, brands gain traction faster. When leaders learn and reflect together, confidence deepens. When strategy is shared, execution strengthens.
